Cancellation Policy

At Neuropet, each consultation time is thoughtfully reserved for you and your pet. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another pet parent who may be waiting for support.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will qualify for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for a refund, as your consultation slot has been specifically set aside for your pet’s care and support.
